Birding By Canoe!

Take a day paddle with Riverside Park Branch Manager Meghan Forseth and Manager of Research and Community Science Tim Vargo. We'll look for migrating and resident birds as we go. If you like a leisurely paddle this trip is for you! Bring a lunch and dress for the weather. Binoculars provided. For adults | $45 (Nonmembers: $50)

Adult Learning Course - Animal Behavior

Take a deep look into the fascinating world of animal behavior. What makes an animal decide to fight or love, take care of or abandon their young or even raise someone else's young. All of this translates to humans and can help explain why we yawn! This five-week, college-level course will be taught by Tim Vargo, Manager of Research and Community Science. Discounts available for Research Volunteers and course alumni. For adults | $125 (Nonmembers: $150) for Research Volunteers and Course Alumni: $100

Canoe the MKE River: Last Paddle of the Season!

Join us for the very last canoe program of the season! We’ll leave from the Rowing Club and enjoy the early signs of fall from a canoe. This is your last chance to get on the river before hanging up your paddle for the season! Meet at the Milwaukee Rowing Club Boathouse, 1900 N. Commerce Street.
