New Bucks arena will host Twenty One Pilots on Oct. 20

The Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday announced another big-name musical act that will play the new arena, with Grammy-winning duo Twenty One Pilots bringing "The Bandito Tour" to the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center on Saturday, Oct. 20.

Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday, July 20 at 10 a.m.

"We're thrilled to welcome the GRAMMY-Award winning Twenty One Pilots to Milwaukee," said WESC General Manager Raj Saha. "Their innovative and unique style is something we are really geeked-out about hearing live in October at our new venue."

Twenty One Pilots is the critically acclaimed duo of Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun. The band is celebrating the launch of its new album, "Trench," which will be released on Oct. 5, with "The Bandito Tour" following throughout October in the U.S., Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom.

The new Downtown arena will host a grand opening party, including public tours and the fourth annual Bucks Block Party, on Sunday, Aug. 26.
