Easter is here, which means it's time to hunt for baskets and hidden eggs – as well as have one of the biggest brunches of the year. Here's a guide to many of the Milwaukee restaurants celebrating this holiday in delicious style.

Head to the Holler for a prime rib Easter brunch, lunch or dinner buffet. Reservations are available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and entrees include prime rib, spring lamb, roast turkey, black oak ham, golden fried Canadian cod, chicken dishes, rice and vegetable choices, a "heavenly" dessert table and much more. Prices are $28.95 for adults, $14.95 for children.

This three-course brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. You'll get to choose from a wide variety of entrées like flank steak, brioche French toast, sauteed salmon, filet au poivre and chorizo and potato frittata- and we haven't even mentioned the dessert selection. Meals are $49.95 per person.
Bartolotta Catering at the Italian Community Center

From 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., you can enjoy a buffet full of pastries, entrees like salmon and caprese. There is an omelette station with a variety toppings sausage, bacon, roasted rosemary potatoes and more. A waffle station, pasta station, carving station, bambini station and a sweet station will also fill the place, making it a yummy Easter Sunday. Adults are $34.95, and children are $15.95.
Birch + Butcher

Escalate your brunch at Birch + Butcher where they will be offering a prixe fix menu with your choice of three courses. Options include starters like marinated beets, beef tartare or tamarind yogurt parfait. Choose from main dishes including steak and eggs; rosemary biscuits with sausage and charcuterie gravy; a lox platter; or herb ash pappardelle with pork ragu. Desserts include options like olive oil cake, flourless chocolate cake, a cheese board or the pie of the day. The Brick Pub and Grill

Starting at 9 a.m. make your way down this buffet line and satisfy your stomach with french toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey and gravy, potato and pasta salad, tater tots and much more. There will also be an omelet station, salad bar, fresh fruit and various skillets. Cost is $21.95 for adults and $11.95 for children thirteen and under. Reservations are encouraged since space is filling up!

It doesn't get much better than Easter and art. Milwaukee Art Museum's Windhover Hall offers a brunch buffet featuring multiple stations, including items like Maple Creek honey-glazed ham, a build-your-own doughnut station, lemon and lavender french toast, pastries, spring vegetable stew and more. Prices are $55 for adults, or $45 for members, and $15 for children and includes parking tax and tip.
The Capital Grille

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. spoil yourself with delectable brunch dishes. Start off with a white cheddar potato cup or a caesar salad. For your main course have bone-In dry Aged NY strip with fried egg, pan seared salmon, filet mignon, or the grille's lobster frittata. End your meal with classic creme brulee or flour-less chocolate espresso cake. Be sure to peruse their award winning wine list featuring 350 different wines. It's $49 for adults and $15 for child.

There will be a full breakfast bar with made to order omelets, chef carved prime rib, Center Stage Dessert Bars, a Bloody Mary Bar and unlimited mimosas. Head over to the Ambassador Hotel for Easter brunch at The Fitz. Different stations will feature brunch favorites such as mascarpone chive scrambled eggs, prime rib roast, cheddar hashbrown casserole and mini mousse shooters for dessert. The Grain Exchange

Come to check out the buffet-style brunch. Six-stations will fill the restaurant that have appetizers, omelets and its toppings, crepes, waffles and more. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. families can enjoy a hearty Easter spread including traditional breakfast specialties like Belgian waffles and made-to-order omelettes along with a salad bar and carving station featuring prime rib and roasted leg of lamb. A variety of entrees will also be available as well as a children's specialty buffet. Cost is $45.00 for ages 13+, $21.00 for children 6 to 12 years old. Children aged 5 and under are free (inclusive)

Hubbard Park Lodge
