The University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee restaurant operations are likely the busiest spots for food and drink in the city, serving 20,000 people a day everything from eggs, muffins, scones and coffee to lasagna, vegetable wraps, stir fry and ice cream.


Simple Soyman keeps things local

R Jay and Barbara Gruenwald started Simple Soyman in Milwaukee in 1983. Since then, the company has grown to be the main supplier of tofu products to area restaurants as well as provide a host of other natural foods to groceries in Milwaukee and Madison.
