Water Buffalo bids adieu after more than a decade on the Riverwalk

Changes are imminent for Water Buffalo, the restaurant located at 249 N. Water St. in the Historic Third Ward. The restaurant, which was closed over the holidays to offer staff a welcome breather, will not reopen in 2018. Instead, it will be replaced by a new concept.
