MobCraft has provided yeast collected at the former Falk Brewery site to Madison's Working Draft Beer Company to create the first of two collaboration brews concocted by the Wisconsin breweries.
Gier Beer, a premium lager brewed with yeast captured at the former Falk Brewery site on the south rim of the Menomonee Valley, will be on tap starting Friday at MobCraft's taproom, 505 S. 5th St., in Walker's Point.
