Little Cancun to open second location on Delaware in Bay View

It's been at least two years since R&D Pub quietly closed its doors in Bay View. However, the vacant space will see new life later this summer, and a return to Mexican cuisine, with the opening of a second location of Little Cancun.


Former Conejito's employees open La Casa de Alberto

La Casa de Alberto opened in the former Lopez Bakery space, 624 W. National Ave. The owners, Alberto and Laura Gonzalez, worked at Conejito's for 18 years. Alberto worked in the kitchen and Laura tended bar.

When Linda Mulholland and her husband started their own business, they decided to go for the whole enchilada. Actually, many enchiladas. Their Cocina DeLeon in the Galleria West shopping center on Bluemound Road in Brookfield fits into a small and uncommon dining industry niche - take and bake Mexican food. The Mulhollands specialize in gourmet enchiladas, offering 11 different varieties made in their commercial kitchen and sold frozen to customers.
