Farm Aid returns to Wisconsin in September

Nearly a decade after it made its Wisconsin debut at Miller Park, Farm Aid returns to Wisconsin on Sept. 21 at Alpine Valley, bringing along top-notch artists like Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Bonnie Raitt, Nathaniel Rateliff, Dave Matthews and others.

Alpine Valley won't host any concerts this year

Turns out the prominent "That's All Folks! See you in 2017" graphic on the Alpine Valley website is only half right. According to MyWalworthCounty.com, Live Nation says that Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy will not host concerts this season, due to a paucity of available artists.

Farm Aid to mark 25th anniversary at Miller Park

A formal announcement won't be made until Monday, but Willie Nelson let it slip during a radio interview this week that Farm Aid will hold its annual concert Oct. 2 in Milwaukee and a source told OnMilwaukee.com that the show will be held at Miller Park.
