Bars across the nation have begun forgoing the ice in their cocktails, replacing it instead with the refreshingly chilly (and complementarily flavored) popsicles. It's a trend that started on the coasts, but which has gradually made its way onto cocktail menus here in Milwaukee. One Brady Street restaurant is taking it to a whole new level.

The 815-21 E. Brady St. property has seen bars and restaurants come and go since it opened in 1928. It's possible no one remembers Tony Cossy's, but I bet some folks have fond memories of Eddie Pitzo's Sunny Italy and, of course, Cataldo's remains firmly entrenched in the Brady Street psyche.
