Back in January, we told you about the relaunch of the Pabst Brewery and Taproom, 1037 W. Juneau Ave., as the rebranded Captain Pabst Pilot House. To commemorate the Captain's 184th birthday, the official renaming will take place on Saturday, March 28 with a day-long Grand Opening event.

When I first scaled Building #16A at the former Pabst Brewery site in 2010, sprawled out before me was a site full of possibilities. Nearly a decade later, that 14-story building - the Pabst grain elevators built in 1953 - is the last remaining property at the site left to be developed.
