The FunkClub Wagon has been bringing live music to the streets (and waterways) of the Milwaukee area during the pandemic by performing on a trailer pulled by a van. They'll be in Enderis Park this week.

PNC presents Tunes@Noon, which takes place in the 411 E. Wisconsin Ave. courtyard on Thursdays is back for 2020, but, of course, it's gone virtual, with a series of concerts from July 2 through Sept. 10 that can be enjoyed online.

CHIEF drops new single in advance of concept album, "The Galleon"

If there ever was a time for a power-rocking concept album about a mysterious ship helmed by a frightening being ... Milwaukee's CHIEF, a trio led by Chris Tishler, thinks that time is now. And on Friday, the band drops the first single from the 15-song album, "The Galleon." "For Those Who Live A Light" will be released on Bandcamp, with the full-length double album coming June 20.


34 years later, The Frogs' debut LP is being released

Legendary Milwaukee musician Mary Davis dies at 73

Mary Davis, who sang R&B, jazz, blues and soul and was a keyboard legend, lit up the stage for more than 50 years. She died on Black Friday at age 73, Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service reports.
