Marquette's season ends in NIT at Al McGuire Center, but fans still have fun

Marquette adopted the cozy confines of the 3,700-seat Al McGuire Center for the NIT this past week, but Tuesday night would be the last act to be played, thanks to an 85-80 defeat at the hands of Penn State. Before the Golden Eagles' season ended, though, their fans had some fun.


Joey Hauser shouldn't be here yet, but says "it's all worth it" to enroll at MU

Joey Hauser is supposed to be leading Stevens Point Area Senior High into the state basketball tournament right now for the fourth straight year. Instead, after an ankle injury ended Hauser's season in December, he's enrolled early at Marquette, where he's rehabbing, missing home but confident he made the right decision.
