There are a lot of labels that attempt to define Dawes as a band. Rock, Americana, and folk rock all get tossed around in an attempt to define these musicians, and the terms all hint at the truth, but the fact is they're an amalgamation of many different types of modern and vintage music with an underlying root structure of raw talent and emotion that can't be taught or learned.

Bush is back in a big way
The Rave Ballroom was comfortably full for the Bush concert last night, and Milwaukee welcomed the band with open arms. Supporting their new CD, "The Sea Of Memories," and their new single, "The Sound of Winter," Bush performed for an hour and a half, mixing in a handful of new songs with all their biggest hits.

A few minutes with In This Moment
Just a few days ago on July 30, a beautiful sunny Saturday in Milwaukee, the Metalcore band In This Moment hit the stage at The Rave on the ninth stop of the All Stars Tour.
