Tax bill information is now online and updated for 2009. Expect your bills via snail mail soon.
If you're at all interested, I'm paying $225.85 more than I did in 2008 and $372.89 more than 2007.
The City has already announced a 4.4% increase in the 2010 property tax levy.
Assessment down a bit (I assume), bill up $30. Not too bad I guess.
awesome! thanks I was trying to budget what my amount would be and now I know (it went down, but so did my value).
My assessment went down and we're paying just under $100 more than last year.
