Eddie Money, Rick Springfield and Old Dominion are all headed to the Wisconsin State Fair.

State Fair adds Old Dominion and Rick Springfield to Main Stage lineup

The Wisconsin State Fair today announced the two final Main Stage performers coming to the late summer celebration: country group Old Dominion and "Jessie's Girl" rocker Rick Springfield.

Springfield, as well as opening act Eddie Money ("Take Me Home Tonight"), will take the stage on Wednesday, Aug. 7. The rocker hit it big in the '80s with his monster single "Jessie's Girl" in 1981, off his breakout top ten album "Working Class Dog" from the same year.

The singer would go on to win a Grammy the following year in 1982 for Best Rock Vocal Male Performance for "Jessie's Girl." Springfield has continued to work and rock since his '80s heyday – including on-screen performances in HBO's "True Detective," the Meryl Streep drama "Ricki and the Flash" and the daytime soap "General Hospital."

Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show – all reserved – will cost $29 and $39.

Meanwhile, Nashville-based country band Old Dominion will take the Main Stage on Friday, Aug. 9. After penning songs for hitmakers like Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan and more, the band members became stars themselves with their 2015 breakout single "Break Up With Him," off its debut studio album, "Meat and Candy."

Old Dominion has continued its rise since then, releasing more hits including "Written in the Sand," "Snapback" and "No Such Thing as a Broken Heart" and earning the title of Vocal Group of the Year from the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2018.

Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. concert – featuring general admission, with reserved seating in the lower grandstand – will range from $39, $49 and $59, with Brandon Lay opening the show.

Admission for all three shows (which include fair admission) go on sale Friday, April 5 at 9 a.m. at and in person at the State Fair ticket office. The office, at 7722 W. Greenfield Ave. in West Allis, is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Stay tuned to OnMilwaukee for more summer festival announcements as they become available.
