We live in a time when Justin Bieber coming to town qualifies as good, heartwarming news.

Justin Bieber reschedules Big Gig show for next year

If we lived in regular times, we'd all still be reminiscing about Summerfest and still trying to get our voices back from screaming and loudly singing along at our favorite shows. Unfortunately, these are not regular times – but hopefully next year they will be. And as a hopeful light at the end of the tunnel, here's the Big Gig announcing that Justin Bieber has rescheduled his show for June 26, 2021.

Bieber was originally supposed to be the newly revamped American Family Insurance Amphitheater's first show when he opened up the Big Gig on June 24. However, that concert was postponed when Summerfest moved its 2020 dates to September before cancelling the festival completely due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Tickets for the rescheduled show are on sale now at Ticketmaster.com and Justin Bieber's website. For those who have already purchased admission, all tickets will be honored for the new date – and for those who cannot make the new show, ticket holders should receive an email from their ticket provider with updates and options.

Bieber joins a 2021 Summerfest lineup of fellow reschedules artists Khalid, Luke Bryan, Dave Matthews Band, Blink-182, Halsey, Chris Stapleton and Guns N' Roses.

Stay tuned to OnMilwaukee for more concert updates and reschedulings – and in the meantime, mask up and have fond memories of a simpler time when we could all have light-hearted debates over whether Justin Bieber is great or terrible.
