The 2020 Cream City Culinary Salon

Milwaukee, Wisconsin- August 24, 2020- Monday, August 24, 2020, ACF Chefs of Milwaukee will be hosting the 2020 Cream City Culinary Salon at the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino. All professional, home chefs and students are welcome to participate. As this is an ACF sanctioned event, participants will be competing for ACF medals and certificates. There are hot and cold categories ranging from Pastry to Whole Rabbit. One of the most anticipated categories this year is the Mystery Box, where each participant is given the same ingredients and time to create whatever they want out of what they are given.
