RUDE STAFF I waited tables for years and have been going to Ricardos 6-10 times/ year for over 10 years. Should have stopped going years ago because the service was never great, but the pizza was. Last time there the server was so so, but rest of staff was VERY rude. They seemed upset it was busy and we had a larger group. What the heck? When its busy you make money. They made us feel uncomfortable, like we were a problem. We all had drinks, apps, salads...big bill. I'll never go back. But I will try the place down the street from there. Maybe they can handle serving when its busy. Politely.

Great pizza, but unfortunately its REALLY overpriced and the staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. We usually order pizza to go, as the atmosphere is nothing special. We ordered two 15" pizzas, which came out to about $50. If you do go to the restaurant, be prepared to wait for a table, especially on the weekends. I'm not sure who keeps going back, but apparently some people don't mind being treated like crap and paying through the nose for it. Suggestion: Patronize a restaurant that appreciates your business! I hear downtown Greendale has a new pizza restaurant just a few doors down...
