Miller High Life cocktail, The Spaghett, featured in Bon Appetit

Milwaukee's own Miller High Life got a shout-out in Bon Appetit this week. But not for any reason you'd expect.

It was thanks to the brew's inclusion in a happy hour cocktail at Wet City Brewing in Baltimore, Maryland.

The cocktail, whimsically named "The Spaghett" is comprised of a simple combination of Miller High Life, Aperol and lemon juice.

Not unlike an Aperol spritz which typically consists of 2 ounces of prosecco, 1 1/4-ounces Aperol and a splash of soda water the drink makes quite a bit of sense, especially considering Miller High Life's reputation as "The Champagne of Beers."

It's also, apparently delicious.

"I ordered it based on the name alone," notes Bon Appetit "Drinks Czar" Alex Delany. "How could you not!?! Spaghetti without the eeee?!? Truly, I'm thankful I did, because this cocktail has become my official drink of summer ... light, fruity, slightly bitter, and just tart enough to lead you back for another sip."
