Tickets now on sale for the 2017 Kohler Food & Wine Experience

Summer is still blazing, but autumn is knocking at the door. Fortunately, there are plenty of good things to look forward to this fall. And one is the annual Kohler Food & Wine Experience, which will take place Oct. 19-22.

The signature food and wine festival, which is celebrating its 17th year, features dining events and food and beverage programming headed up by celebrity chefs, wine and cocktail experts from around the world.

This year, programming includes everything from chocolate and cheese pairings and a lesson in how to master cold brew coffee, to an inside look at champagne and sparkling wines and a seminar featuring tequila and ceviche.

You can also enjoy a luncheon with Chef Kyle Toner of Wolf Peach, a multi-course feast with Chef Adam Siegel of the Bartolotta Restaurant Group or any number of wine dinners featuring wines from Hess, Susana Balbo, Casa E. di Mirafiore and more.

This year's celebrity chef line-up includes:

  • Chef Richard Blais, James Beard Award-nominated cookbook author, television personality, and winner of Bravo's "Top Chef All-Stars, will present some of his favorite autumnal dishes.

  • Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, James Beard Foundation Award winner and executive chef of Butter, New York will offer up tips and tricks on creating rubs and spice blends, along with a variety of easy appetizers.

  • Chicago's Chef Stephanie Izard of Girl and the Goat, Little Goat and Duck Duck Goat will delve into the waters of international street food, and offer up the secrets to making delicious dumplings.

  • Chef Jeff Mauro, host of the Food Network's Emmy-nominated series "Sandwich King" and "$24 in 24," and owner of Chicago's globally inspired sandwich shop, Pork and Mindy's will reveal the secrets to creating a fabulous dinner party at home.

  • "America's Test Kitchen" personalities Jack Bishop, Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison will share their favorite test kitchen recipes. Lancaster and Collin will share the secrets of great Thanksgiving side dishes. And Bishop will offer up tips to creating delicious vegan dishes.
