Freshfin Poke to expand hours in Third Ward, open a new location in Madison

Freshfin Poke is swimming right along with its fresh, healthy, fast-casual poke concept. In fact, co-owner Nate Arkush shared today that the popular restaurant will expand its reach in more ways than one.

Beginning April 1, the Third Ward location of Freshfin Poke at 316 N. Milwaukee St. will feature expanded hours, serving customers a full menu seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In addition, this summer, Freshfin will also open a new location in The James, an amenity-driven student housing and apartment complex at 432 W. Gorham St. in Madison.

Arkush says they've had their eyes on the Madison market for some time now and are excited to have the opportunity to open in this prime location.

"It's an ideal spot," he says, "We're anticipating a lot of great opportunities to serve the student population who live in the area. There's also a lot of driving traffic on that street, and it's in good proximity to the Capitol, so we hope to glean some lunch business from those doing business on the Square."

The Madison location will occupy approximately 2,000 square feet in the James Building, a similar footprint to Freshfin's forthcoming location at The Corners of Brookfield, which is anticipated to open in May or early June.

Once open, the Madison location will keep hours seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
