Beloit's Blue Collar Coffee Co. to open cafe in Delafield

Beloit-based Blue Collar Coffee Co. has announced that it will open its second cafe at 523 Milwaukee St. in Delafield in the former home of Milwaukee Street Traders.

The cafe, which is expected to open by the end of this year, is owned and operated by Geronimo Hospitality Group which also operates Hotel, I.d., be FITNESS, and Bark River CrossFit.

Blue Collar Coffee Co. will feature a variety of coffee-based beverages made from beans roasted and sourced by acclaimed Ruby Coffee Roasters in Nelsonville, Wisconsin. The menu will include espresso, tea, smoothies, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches and various lunch items including sandwiches and soups.

"We look forward to introducing the Blue Collar Coffee concept to local Delafield residents and travelers coming to the city," noted Jeff Whiteman, chief operating officer for Geronimo Hospitality Group in a release on the new cafe.

"Blue Collar Coffee Co. is a natural fit for Delafield. The coffee house really complements the other Geronimo brands already in the market, and it will continue to enhance the downtown Delafield experience."
