For the eighth year in a row, Casablanca has won top honors from OnMilwaukee readers for its casually elegant Mediterranean atmosphere and fine Middle Eastern cuisine.
With a massive menu ranging from hummus to falafel, shawarma to kabobs – plus steaks, salads, sandwiches, wraps and burgers and a range of desserts – the restaurant, which was founded in 1987 as "The Sahara Inn," and which opened a Brookfield location in 2018, has something fresh for just about everyone.
