Pabst Theater Group announces Town Bank as official bank, redesigns box offices
The Pabst Theater Group today announced that Town Bank was the new official bank of the organization with a minimum three-year partnership.
The announcement was made by The Pabst Theater Group CEO Gary Witt and Town Bank representatives at The Pabst Theater late Thursday morning, where they also unveiled one of the two newly designed box offices thanks to the new agreement. The Riverside Theater hosts the other resigned box office – which both now feature new counter tops, exterior digital screens and updated signage, including Town Bank branding.
"The most important moment that we have in our relationship with our customers is the moment where they buy a ticket," Witt said at the press conference. "It's that moment of happiness when you get that ticket for Widespread Panic when we put them up on sale where you actually got a seat to the show. In that moment, when you come to our box office, (Town Bank) will be involved."
In addition to the new box offices, the partnership also includes a new "Love Milwaukee Live" debit card program for new customers who open a Total Access Checking account before the end of the year. The program includes a debit card decorated with The Pabst Theater as well as a $100 gift card good for purchases at The Pabst Theater Group's main venues (The Pabst Theater, The Riverside, Turner Hall Ballroom and The Back Room at Colectivo). The new cards will be available at Town Bank branches beginning Monday, Sept. 17.
"We find (Town Bank) has a similar goal in mind of not just running and operating an effective and successful business, but their goal is also to make the city better around it," Witt noted.
