Michelle Obama will come to Milwaukee as a part of her "Becoming" book tour.

Michelle Obama will bring her book tour to the Miller High Life Theatre in March

Michelle Obama's book tour, "Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama," today added 21 stops to its original 10-city itinerary – including a stop at Milwaukee's Miller High Life Theatre on Thursday, March 14.

Traveling in support of her newly released memoir, "Becoming," released just last month, the book tour features a moderated conversation with the former First Lady as she discusses the moments – both public and private – that made her as a person, from those growing up on the South Side of Chicago to living, working and advocating from inside the White House during her husband's tenure as President of the United States.

"I couldn't be more excited to visit even more cities across the country and around the world," said the former First Lady, in a press release. "I've been so humbled by the response to the tour thus far and the overwhelming interest we've received from so many communities we weren't able to visit this year. That's why I'm thrilled that we're able to expand our conversations to these new settings and wider audiences. I can't wait to continue the discussions that have been so meaningful for me and, I hope, for so many others."

Tickets for the event will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15 at the book tour's website. A limited number of VIP meet-and-greet packages will also be available.
