Be kind.

Trebek kindly boosts Downtown's Key to Change "parking meters" on "Jeopardy!"

Last autumn, Milwaukee Downtown BID #21 installed a series of gold, key-shaped meters as part of its Key to Change program, which aims to collect change to benefit initiatives that help the homeless.

As of earlier this spring, the meters had collected upwards of $16,000. Maybe they'll get an extra boost now, thanks to Alex Trebek.

Yes, that Trebek.

On a recent episode of the TV game show "Jeopardy!" Trebek posed this question for $600 in the "Be Kind" category, "To aid the homeless, give to key-shaped 'parking meters' on the aptly named Wisconsin Avenue in this city."

Contestant Josh was quick to respond with the correct answer.
