Get ready to drink like Gaston. (But don't act like Gaston.)

A whole new world: City Lounge does Disney for its latest pop-up bar

For City Lounge, a new year means a whole new world – quite literally, as the constantly shape-shifting Cudahy bar will pop on some mouse ears, wish upon a star and become a Disney-inspired pop-up experience.

The popular ever-transforming lounge – previously the home of pop-ups inspired by Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch, Hogwarts, Moe Eisley and, most recently, Central Perk – will work its impressive homemade magic on Disney magic for its latest effort, running Friday, Jan. 24 through Feb. 16.

As usual, City Lounge's slate of interactive games, immersive photo ops and Mouse House-adjacent drink options are currently a secret locked away in the Disney vault – but those who've visited the Cudahy locale's past pop-ups know to expect immensely creative and intricate work loosely but smartly inspired by some of your most beloved animated adventures, Pixar pics and Disney dramas.

Perhaps you'll be able to take a magic carpet ride while knocking back a tasty bottle of that de-deifying formula from "Hercules."

Maybe there will be some pink elephants on parade – without having to drink a bucket of champagne in the process. (Though a little bubbly wouldn't hurt; it is a bar, after all.) But hopefully the drink menu in general will be inspired more by "Ratatouille" than Timon and Pumba's particular diet – I guess we'll find out.

Once you're done checking out all of the fun original games and interactive activities decorating the walls and beyond of City Lounge, you can also play some free trivia starting at 7 p.m. on Jan. 30, Feb. 6 and Feb. 13, and prove you're the true king or queen – the Simba or Nala, if you will – of Disney knowledge.

Unlike the actual Magic Kingdom, there's no cover to get into City Lounge's kingdom of Disney-inspired magic. And it's only for kids at heart, not actual kids – aka you have to be at least 21 years old to get in.

Otherwise, visit the event's Facebook page for updates and more info on the pop-up – and stay tuned to OnMilwaukee for a first look coming soon!
