MillerCoors introduces new Cape Line canned cocktail

Currently, it's the season for rich cocktails and beer, but soon our cravings will turn to lighter drinks. MillerCoors is already on it and will introduce a new line of canned cocktails called Cape Line this spring.

Cape Line will be available in three flavors: blackberry mojito, margarita and hard strawberry lemonade. Each can contains 120 calories and 4.5 percent alcohol by volume, but does not contain gluten or artificial flavors.

"It's six simple ingredients that consumers know and understand," says Sofia Colucci, vice president of innovations for MillerCoors. "They want simple ingredients, lower calories and sugar – but with all of the flavor. This is what differentiates us. Today, consumers want it all."
