Cradled in the heart of a 1,000-acre arboretum lies a trove of gardens, paths and fountains decked out to impress. Especially lovely is the WPA-built, multi-level water garden.

Admission is charged from May 1-Sept. 30.

A special event featuring the Rose and Herb Gardens.

Attend a talk on fragrant herbs for cosmetics, perfumes, and potpourris. Learn about general rose care and organic rose growing. Taste and learn about edible flowers. See demonstrations on rose and herb drying in addition to floral arrangements created with herbs and roses. Beautiful Gardens make for a delightful day!
