Hot Yoga practices will link breath with movement in order to strengthen, lengthen, detoxify and energize the body and mind. Practicing vinyasa yoga in a heated room not only encourages opening and flexibility, it also helps to build new patience and awareness and will allow you to find a new depth to your practice.
