Dedicated to the personal and professional progress of women, Alverno College emphasizes small classroom settings and engaged learning. Covering 46 acres, the park-like campus is home to 29 student organizations and was founded by the School Sisters of St. Francis.
The school also hosts numerous cultural events in its state-of-the-art theater as part of its "Alverno Presents" program.
