"Ho, ho, ayyyy."
The Bronze Fonz is in the Christmas and holiday spirit with the addition of a new Santa hat. It fits well with the new snow, falling temperatures and new Downtown Holiday Lights program.
Now, you can't sit on his lap and have your holiday wishes granted. That would be a bit strange, but the festive hat does bring an additional smile or two to passersby.
In past years, Gertie the Duck also has donned a festive red hat and suit. Nothing yet, but continue to monitor her on the bridge on Wisconsin Avenue just west of Water Street.

I'm glad to see that I am not alone. High Life Man beat me to that sentiment. I guess that my disappointment in size, color and execution has morphed into loathing without my being aware of it. Maybe someone can saw it's head off and mount it on the hood of their car a'la Deathmobile.

I'd much rather go to the Hotcakes Gallery and view true "works of art" instead of this internationally-recognized and loved icon.

They should festively bulldoze it into the river.
