I'm not sure that i'd concur with ALL the love everyone is giving New Glarus. 2 girlfriends and I went on a trip to Random places in Wisco this past Labor Day weekend. New Glarus was our first stop. It's a cute little town - but with little to no action. The first thing we encountered upon arrival into the "town square" was actually a big tented stage where the locals were yodeling. Whilst comical - it was definitely a little strange. I'm a huge fan of townie bars - and we pretty much went to every bar in New Glarus only to find a handful of people! I recommend a day trip to New Glarus.

HOWEVER, our favorite stop in the trip was actually Mineral Point, WI. It's an artisans community about 30 minutes from New Glarus and it rocked! Amazing Bed and Breakfasts, great food, fabulous art/local shops and really fun nightlife! They also have an outdoor theater that we did not get to experience - but looks awesome!

Will you stop drinking Miller beers now that MillerCoors has announced it will move to Chicago?
Yes, I'm no longer loyal to the brand.
No, Miller beer will still be made in Milwaukee.
I didn't drink it before, and I won't drink it after.
I'm not sure yet, but of all places, did they have to move to Chicago?
At least they won't be based in Dallas or Denver.
