Talkback: Wicked-Good Food, Wicked-BAD Service

I'm a frequent patron... and I have to say it's really hit or miss with the service. The food is usually great - cooked properly, fresh, relatively quick- but I can see that a visit like this would make me think twice about going back! Too bad...
