Brewers acquire Arizona infielder Felipe Lopez
Looking to shore up the leadoff spot as well as second base, the Brewers Sunday traded for Arizona infielder Felipe Lopez, in exchange for a pair of minor leaguers. The switch-hitting Lopez will take over second base for Milwaukee after batting .305 with the Diamondbacks this season. According to reports, third baseman Mat Gamel will be returned to Class AAA Nashville to make room for Lopez on the roster.
