When I heard Doug Reinhardt (of "The Hills" fame) was going to make a special appearance at Apartment 720 last Friday night, I thought to myself, "I must check it out." Rumor was that he was bringing a "special guest" and the buzz was that his "special guest" was none other than his girlfriend, Ms. Paris Hilton.

Charro adds value to trend on Milwaukee Street
The menu at Charro Restaurante, 729 N. Milwaukee Street, is is a compilation of Cuban, Mexican and Spanish flavors. That's not a surprise when you consider the name, which comes from an Elvis Presley western. The decor is trendy, which you'd expect from a venue run by veterans Tom Wackman, Omar Shaikh and Michael Polaski. The surprise is the quality of the food and the reasonable prices.
