Milwaukee diners love steak. And, they love the Five O'Clock Steakhouse, a repeat winner of our annual award. The venerable 5 O'Clock, located at 2416 W. State St., has served huge hunks of perfectly seared, lightly crusted and flavorful meat for more than four decades. Neither the ambiance nor the décor -- straight out of the '60s -- has changed much.
