Here's a question that I been trying to answer all summer long...

What is up with the Milwaukee Social Club?

In early Spring, my boyfriend and I had inquired with MSC about joining a local softball team.  We emailed and called, and emailed and called, and about a month later one of us received a simple email from the head of MSC stating to try calling them at the same number we had tried before, not even bothering to answer a few questions we had about the leagues.

 So again we called...nobody ever once picked up the phone. And after leaving message after message, we gave up.

In order to join a team, the website requests that you pay by credit card for membership dues, which is not cheap might I add.

So here's my concern...

I wrote a few emails stating that this organization is highly disorganized and confusing, and how do they expect people to trust paying forward lumps of money without any responses, or acknowledgements whatsoever? Again..I got nothing.

I find it important that we keep positive events and activities alive in the Milwaukee area, but if these are the people respresenting a "social club", what is REALLY going on and what does it take to talk to an actual human at the MSC?

Plus, we wasted our summer hoping to get a response so we could join a team, but by the time we got the crappy run-around it was already too late in the season plus, I wasn't thrilled with supporting an organization that is so poorly run.

I'd rather like to think that this was all just a huge misunderstanding, but looks to me like something ain't right here.

I'm hoping to hear a few other experiences with Milwaukee Social Club before I completely disregard them as any kind of functional organization. Thanks for reading.
