Dick's pizza had terrible food (we gave it more than one chance), they had bad service, TERRIBLE decor.  It was outdated and they had no taste and didn't bother spending any money to improve or modernize.  The lobby entrance was cheezy and so was their window decorations.  Maybe if they didn't serve vegetables out of a can and updated their interior, and trained their staff they wouldn't have to close.  Don't blame it on the gas prices Earl, or the overabundance of restaurants.  West Bend may have a lot of places to eat, but no place that is worth eating at.  If people in West Bend, and most of Wisconsin would get out and see that there's a lot more world out there, they would know that ALL of the food in West Bend SUCKS.  Sorry to be so blunt, but I've been around the world, and this place is just bad.  I feel sorry for people who haven't seen anything but Wisconsin, and who don't know what real food tastes like.   If I opened a restaurant here (and we have thought about it) it would be PACKED!  But I am busy trying to get out of this place, I can't stand it anymore.  That Pizza place could be busy if someone with taste would take it over.  What a waste!!! :(
