I used to like the Wicked Hop. I still like their food, but unfortunately, I won't be able to go there again. The Wicked Hop has some great food and drinks, but the service leaves something to be desired. The customer service I received last Saturday night from both our waitress and the on-duty manager will ensure that I will not be returning to this restaurant. Lets' just say, (because Onmilwaukee.com won't let me tell you the whole story), everyone in my party was shocked and dumbfounded by the treatment we experienced. A word to the wise: When the kitchen makes a mistake, it is up to the waitstaff and, if necessary, the managers to make it better, NOT worse. It's really too bad because the food is quite good, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Will you stop drinking Miller beers now that MillerCoors has announced it will move to Chicago?
Yes, I'm no longer loyal to the brand.
No, Miller beer will still be made in Milwaukee.
I didn't drink it before, and I won't drink it after.
I'm not sure yet, but of all places, did they have to move to Chicago?
At least they won't be based in Dallas or Denver.
