While working at selling cars at a car dealership and complaining about my misfortune in the real estate field -of what was once certain dreams destined to appear but no longer even a trace existed-, I called Mark Bortchard of 'American Movie', 'Coven' and 'Scare Me' fame. We are friends, and once he even called me his 'colleague'...and that was true on a few special occasions. I decided to pick his brain on this fine October 2007 day. The list above are books, probably, in some instances, with misspelled titles and/or names. Enjoy!

I was only selling real estate to lock into dollars for The Arts anyways, that drive for resources will always find a way, if the will continues to be certain...and me oh my, it will!
