Milwaukee's Urban Playground Foundation today announced its all-local Saturday night musical line-up for the 2007 Urban Playground Festival, Sept. 7-8, 2007 on Downer Avenue.

The festival, which was on Brady Street last year, takes place this year on Hackett Avenue on Friday, Sept. 7 (street closes at 4 p.m.) and on Downer Avenue, Belleview Place and Hackett Avenue on Saturday, Sept. 8.

Music acts are as follows:

Koss Main Stage Line-Up
The Gufs -- 9:30 p.m.
Northern Room -- 8 p.m.
Fever Marlene -- 6:30 p.m.
De La Buena -- 4:30 p.m.
Frogwater -- 2: 30 p.m.

New Land Family Entertainment Stage Line-Up
King Solomon -- 7 p.m.
One Drum -- 5 p.m.
Peter Mulvey -- 4 p.m.
Juggling Geoff -- 2 p.m.

The event, co-sponsored by OnMilwaukee.com, features these events: The Downer Avenue Open House, Backyard Bicycle Tours and The Great American Bicycle Auction on Friday night and The Nomad 3v3 Street Soccer Tournament, Alterra Urban Mountain Bike Challenge, All-You-Can-Eat pancake breakfast benefiting The Urban Ecology Center, Velo Trocadero Cycling Sprints, Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin's Bike Skillz Competition, and the above live entertainment on two stages on Saturday.
