This series includes a total of five classes with very limited enrollment. Executive chef Tony Mandella has performed his culinary magic at several area restaurants and now he is sharing some of his favorite recipes with you. Learn how to make Herb Crusted Crab Cakes with Chinese Vegetables and Dijon Ginger Sauce, Penne ala Umbria, which is penne pasta with crimini mushroom, asparagus and truffle butter, Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast with Champagne Sauce and Fruit Zabaglione.
