It's Elementary: Talking About Gay Issues in School ...

Talking About Gay Issues in School documentary screening and LGBTQA Middle School Youth support group meeting.

A free screening of "It's Elementary," the classic documentary about the importance of addressing gay issues in school -- for the sake of LGBT and non-LGBT children alike.  The screening will be followed by a discussion for kids, parents, teachers, and others who are dealing with the treatment of LGBTQ students in schools. We will also discuss the possibility of opening an MPS middle school (based on the successful Alliance High School model) that would welcome and celebrate student diversity.
