Last year, we were the first to tell you about the pending rebirth of Bradford Beach. OnMilwaukee.com is proud to be sponsor at the beach and thankful for the years of behind-the-scenes work that went into remaking the Milwaukee icon.
Today, you have a chance to play a role in Bradford Beach's continued redevelopment as Whole Foods Market, 2305 N. Prospect Ave., will donate 5 percent of its Earth Today proceeds to Friends of Bradford Beach. So, stop in for lunch or to buy a few groceries.
Today's fundraiser is a part of Whole Foods' Community Support Day and a bit of a kick off to its sponosorship of the beach and Family Sundays this coming season.
