The Balistreri family officially opens its seventh Sendik's Food Market at 7901 W. Layton Ave. on Thursday, May 15 at 10 a.m.
The new 60,000-sq. ft. Sendik's anchors the newly-renamed 90,000-sq. ft. Sendik's Commons shopping center, which includes Massage Envy spa; Cricket Communications, a wireless carrier; and Toppers Pizza, which serves build-your-own pizzas, quesadillas and buffalo wings.
Greenfield Mayor Mike Neitzke says, "I think the new Sendik's will be the cornerstone of a renaissance along Layton Avenue and 76th Street. We're elated."
