The Westown Association is once again offering family-friendly entertainment this summer by presenting movies of a G and PG rating. Moviegoers can enjoy the show on a 40-foot movie screen with surround sound in the Pere Marquette Park on Old World Third Street, between State and Kilbourn.
Here is the lineup for 2008:
Friday, Aug. 1: Wizard of Oz (G)
Friday, Aug. 8: Bee Movie (PG)
Friday, Aug. 15: Muppets Take Manhattan (G)
Friday, Aug. 22: The Goonies (PG)
Movies start at dusk (around 8:15 p.m.) and pre-show entertainment begins at 7 p.m. Bring a blanket or a chair and enjoy the show!
