Event Description

Visit the country known for its exquisite cuisine and discover the regional specialties it has to offer through a hands-on experience all your own. This series includes a total of five classes with very limited enrollment. Personal attention from Chef Alisa Malavenda guides you through a four course meal with wine tastings, binder for recipes and Market apron included. You’ll learn knife skills, proper cooking techniques and how to make handmade pasta, sauces and more!

For more details contact the Market office. This class session will be held on September 25, October 15, November 6, November 20, and December 4. $75/class or save $45 when you sign up for all five.
