She is the co-author of 101 Ways to Improve Your Health and the author of the Eat Well Everyday Cookbook. She wills hare powerful nutritional strategies for feeling energized throughout the day, every day. Tasty recipes demonstrated will include make-your-own Energy Bars, Power Salad, and Orange Nut Quinoa.
