In this interactive cooking class, Food Coach Suzanne Monroe of Real Life Food covers what exactly sugar is, how it affects our bodies and our moods, and how to get to the bottom of your cravings. Suzanne will teach you how to bake naturally-sweetened, guilt-free desserts that will leave you satisfied. Recipes will include Energy Truffles, Best Brownies and Power Breakfast Muffins.
